OFFICIALLY RECEIVED 501(c)(3) NONPROFIT STATUS
ATLANTA, GEORGIA - The Aiken Foundation, an IRS tax-exempt 501(c)(3) Public Charity Nonprofit Organization, is pleased to announce that we have received our 501(c)(3) distinction from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a public charity under IRC Section 501(c)(3).
All donations are tax deductible for all donors under IRC Section 170, along with receiving any bequests, devices, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. The effective date of exemption is October 1, 2020.
